Deloitte's
International
Student Business Forum, the three-day development event that hosts 66
students from more than 30 countries, argued that businesses must look beyond
local borders if they are to find the future leaders to help them flourish.
If the firm continues to push this agenda, then expect to see a lot more
highly driven individuals from other countries manoeuvring for places on the top
table.
On the flip side, that should leave some great opportunities at companies
abroad.
